Delicious Donuts Recipe by Dapur Sinolin
- 600 grams of plain flour
- 260 grams of full milk
- 2 medium eggs
- 11 grams of instant dry yeast
- 100 grams of margarine
- 40 grams of fine sugar
- 8 grams of salt
- 8 grams of vanilla
Add all the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Using hand Mixer, Mix the ingredients for 2 minutes at low speed. After 2 minutes, increase the speed and keep mixing up to 10 minutes.
Set aside and let the dough expand about 20-30 minutes, cover the dough with plastic wrap, then set aside for about 20-30 minutes.
Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/3 inch thickness. Cut into doughnuts using a donut cutter. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
Heat some Sinolin cooking oil and fry over medium heat, just flip the donut once for each side to prevent the doughnuts from absorbing extra oil. Lift and drain, decorate according to your taste.
