Sizzling Hot French-Fry Coated Sausage on a Stick Recipe by Dapur Sinolin

Ingredients:

• 5 of Sausages
• 15 gr of French fries frozen
• Wooden skewers
• Ingredients for batter:
• 100 grams of Wheat Flour
• 50 grams of Maizena Flour
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp of Salt
• ½ tsp of Pepper
• 250 ml milk

Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly to create thick, sticky coating batter. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Stick the sausages on wooden skewers, then dip in the batter and cover with french fries. Deep fry until the fries turn golden brown.

It is now ready to serve.
