Crunch Banana Recipe


  • 20 pieces of banana
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 150 grams of cornstarch
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 1L of Sinolin cooking oil
  • 700 ml water


  1. Prepare a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, cornstarch and salt, slowly add water into the dough. Stirring constantly until the dough is well mixed.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, dip the banana into the batter then fry until it turns golden brown.
  3. Lift and drain.
  4. It is now ready to serve.
