Crunch Banana Recipe
Ingredients:
- 20 pieces of banana
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 150 grams of cornstarch
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1L of Sinolin cooking oil
- 700 ml water
Direction:
- Prepare a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, cornstarch and salt, slowly add water into the dough. Stirring constantly until the dough is well mixed.
- Heat oil in a pan, dip the banana into the batter then fry until it turns golden brown.
- Lift and drain.
- It is now ready to serve.
