Tofu with Minced Shrimp and Mushroom | Dapur Sinolin

Cooking time: 20 Minutes
Ingredient:
- 10ml of Sinolin cooking oil
- 3 sticks of Japanese Tofu
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 250 grams of chicken, chopped
- 100 grams of shrimp, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 tsp of pepper
- Leek
- Celery
- Oyster sauce
- 120 ml of water
- Salt and sugar
Direction:
- Heat oil in a pan, stir fry garlic, red onion, chicken and shrimp. Add some leeks, celery, salt, sugar, soy sauce, Oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper and mix well.
- Heat water in another pan, boil tofu for about 10 minutes. Drain and cut round tofu about 3 cm and create a hole on top of the tofu using spoon. Place chicken and shrimp as topping for the tofu. Serve hot.
