Teriyaki with Pak Choy and Noodles By Dapur Sinolin

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes
Ingredients :
- 250 grams of dried medium egg noodles
- 1 Cup of chicken meatballs
- 300 grams of pak choy
- 6 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 red onions
- ¼ tsp White pepper
- 350 ml of Water
Direction:
- Place the noodles in water and soak for 5 minutes.
- Heat the oil and stir -fry onion and garlic. Meatballs for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add salt, white pepper, water and noodle, stir well. Add teriyaki sauce and some blanched pak coy.
- Serve and enjoy.
