CRAB AND SWEETCORN CHOWDER by Dapur Sinolin

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cook: 20 minutes

 

Ingredient:

10 ml Sinolin cooking oil

1 onion, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 red chili, seeded and chopped

1 red pepper, seeded and finely diced

1 cup of potatoes

300 grams of sweet corn

200 ml of water

600 ml of crabmeat

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Celery, chopped

Direction:

Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, then stir fry slowly for 4 minutes. Add potatoes, water, then stir and cook for 5 minutes, add red chili, corn, red pepper, crabmeat, salt, sugar, pepper. Stir slowly so that the potato and crab meat are not crushed. Add milk, sweet corn stir and boil for 10 minutes.

Add some celery leaves and  serve!
