SPAGHETTI WITH TOMATO SAUCE by Dapur Sinolin

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredient:
- 20 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
- 4 tbsp Migasan margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of Black pepper
- 3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ tsp of dried oregano
- 200 grams of spaghetti
- 1 cup Grated cheese
Direction:
- To prepare the sauce, in a large skillet over medium heat, heat Sinolin frying oil. Add onion seasoning with salt and sugar. Stir-fry until fragrant and tender, about 1 minute. Add garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, diced tomato, chili sauce and stir to combine. Continue to cook over low heat to let the tomatoes begin to crumble then add the cheese and stir for another 5 minutes.
- To prepare spaghetti, in another pan, add 500 ml of water and bring to a boil. After boiling add 200 grams of spaghetti, mix well and cook until the spaghetti becomes chewy.
- Drain and serve the spaghetti on a plate and pour the tomato sauce that has been made before. Enjoy!
