Molten  Brownies by Dapur Sinolin

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

For 2 servings


  • 3 tbsp margarine Migasan
  • 100 grams of brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate pieces

For spread:

  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Migasan margarine
  • ice cream, for decoration
  • Kiwi fruit, long cut
  • Strawberry fruit, halved
  • Citrus Fruit, cut each side


  1. In a large bowl, input the eggs and sugar, shake it until it expands. Then add in the mold, apply margarine Migasan throughout the sides of the surface. Then sprinkle the flour on the side of the mold and place a spoonful of lava dough into a each mold, then place two pieces of chocolate in the center, do not push too much chocolate pieces into the dough.
  2. Then spoon more lava dough into the top of the chocolate pieces, until the mold is about ¾-full. Blend the dough evenly over the mold.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, then chill for another 25 minutes.
  4. On a serving plate, place kiwi fruit, oranges and strawberries in the corner or plate.
  5. To make sure that the brownie is released, run the knife around the edges of each ramekin before turning the  cake  to the center of serving plate.
  6. Serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
