Spicy Fried Shrimp By Dapur Sinolin

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes


  • 30 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
  • 500 grams of fresh shrimp
  • 10 grains of petai
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Ground spices:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 Tomato
  • 5 pieces of red pepper
  • 30 ml of water


  1. Clean Shrimp from it’s head and tail, give lemon juice to remove odor on shrimp. Set aside.
  2. In the food processor, add all the spiles. Milled for 5 minutes. Set aside on the plate
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry the spices finely, for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp, petai, salt, sugar then stir well and cook until the shrimp look stiff and cooked. Do not forget test to taste, adjust with your desire.
