WHITE BEAN AND BEEF SOUP BY DAPUR SINOLIN
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 3 hours, 30 minutes
Broth:
- 2 liters of water
- 1 bovine bone
For the Shed:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil Sinolin
- 100 grams of soybeans
- 2 liters of water
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 cup of red onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2/3 cup of chopped carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 100 ml of chili sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Leek
- 300 gr slices of beef
Direction:
- Slice the meat as thin as possible with a width of 6 cm and wash clean. set aside.
- Soak the white beans in a container with water for 30 minutes. Wash and drain.
- In the pan add 2 liters of water, beef bone cover and cook to boil to get the broth.
- In a frying pan, heat the Sinolin cooking oil and add the garlic, stirring onion until stirred for 2 minutes.
- Add carrots, soybeans, salt, sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the peanuts and carrots into the previous broth, add the sliced beef and cook again until the meat is tender for 30 minutes.
- Serve on a plate and enjoy it when it’s warm.
