Durian Pancakes by Dapur Sinolin
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
- 200 gr Wheat Flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml medium viscosity coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Durian meat
- Whip cream
In a container, mix flour, eggs, salt and coconut milk, mixer at low speed, for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture and divide it into 2 parts with different bowls.
Heat a flat pan, pour 1 cup of dough, make it as thin as possible, this is so that when the pancake skin is folded it doesn’t break or tear. Do this until the dough runs out.
In a medium bowl, Whipcream mixer with medium to rigid strength. Make sure to stay cold.
Take 1 sheet of omelet, fill the whipped cream in the middle, add the durian (many contents are adjusted accordingly) fold like an envelope.
Store in a refrigerator, serve in conditions
