Special rice dishes for festive occasions.

  • 2 tablespoons of Sinolin cooking oil
  • 2 cups of long wheat rice, wash and drain
  • 2 pieces of mace
  • 4 cm cinnamon sticks
  • 3 cardamom
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 evaporated tin milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Fried onion for decoration
  • 2 scallions, chopped



  1. Heat Sinolin cooking oil in a skillet and fry the spices until fragrant. Add water and bring to a boil. When boiling, stir the tomato paste, evaporated milk, a little salt and add rice. Reduce the heat and cook the rice until cooked.
  2. Garnish with fried shallots and chopped leeks.
