Special rice dishes for festive occasions.

Material:
- 2 tablespoons of Sinolin cooking oil
- 2 cups of long wheat rice, wash and drain
- 2 pieces of mace
- 4 cm cinnamon sticks
- 3 cardamom
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 cup of water
- 1 evaporated tin milk
- ½ tsp Salt
- Fried onion for decoration
- 2 scallions, chopped
Direction:
- Heat Sinolin cooking oil in a skillet and fry the spices until fragrant. Add water and bring to a boil. When boiling, stir the tomato paste, evaporated milk, a little salt and add rice. Reduce the heat and cook the rice until cooked.
- Garnish with fried shallots and chopped leeks.
