Tilapia with Corn Salsa By Dapur Sinolin
1 tablespoon of Sinolin cooking oil
4 tilapia fillets
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 can of black beans, rinsed and dried
1 can of whole corn kernels, dried
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
2 tablespoons of sweet red chili chunks
Drizzle both sides of the fillet with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Boil 4-6 inches of heat for 5-7 minutes or until the fish is easily peeled off with a fork. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Serve with fish.
