Avocado Yogurt DIip By Dapur Sinolin

INGREDIENTS :
For sauce:
• 100 ml of
• 2/3 cups of pure milk yogurt
• 1/4 cup minced chives, plus extra for decoration
• 1 lime, grated, and juiced
• 1 clove of garlic, chopped
• 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons of cumin
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• sprinkle onion leaves for decoration
For vegetables:
• 1 carrot
• 1/2 purple cauliflower, trimmed into bite-sized pieces
• 1 bunch of radishes, cut into pieces
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 cucumber, cut 3 inches
• 1 cup of peas
• 1 cup of green olives
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash and cut all vegetables, wrap the glass, and throw it on a large cutting board when you are ready to party.
- Meanwhile, make a decrease. Add the avocado, yogurt, leeks, lime peel and juice, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, cumin, and salt and pepper into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately in a beautiful bowl with drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle with fresh chives and a pinch of salt and pepper.
