Chicken Macaroni and Cheese by Dapur Sinolin

If you have children at home, I guarantee that they will like this menu, as an appetizer, or as a snack.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 250ml of milk
- 1 l of water
- 2 tablespoons of sinolin cooking oil
- 1 teh teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 50 grams of wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of white pepper
- 1 onion
- 10 grams of garlic
- 25 grams of carrots
- 25 grams of yellow peppers
- 25 grams of green peppers
- 200 grams of penne pasta
- 50 grams of cheddar cheese
- 150 grams of chicken breast
DIRECTION:
- Boil the water and add Sinolin cooking oil after boiling add the penne pasta, cook until the pasta is soft then set aside.
- Heat the Sinolin cooking oil in the pan, saute the chopped chicken breast until cooked, then set aside.
- The remaining oil is used to saute onions until wilted, add garlic until fragrant, then, add also carrots, yellow peppers, green peppers, sugar, salt, stir-fried chicken. then continue sautéing until cooked and set aside.
- Heat Sinolin cooking oil, add flour, milk, mozzarella cheese, white pepper and oregano, cook until halfly thickened, add sauteed vegetables and penne pasta, stir until smooth and perfectly thickened.
- chicken macaroni is ready to be served with a sprinkling of oregano.
