Stir-fried Rice Noodles Chinese Recipe by Dapur Sinolin

Cooking time : 30 minutes


  • 200 gr of rice noodles
  • 200 gr of chicken, minced
  • a little salt, for chicken
  • 1 tablespoon of Sinolin cooking oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 cm of ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 100 ml of chicken stock
  • 2 stalks leeks, chopped

Directions :

  1. Season minced chicken with a little salt. Soak the rice noodles in warm water until soft for about 10 minutes. Move and drain.
  2. Heat the Sinolin cooking oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until it smells. lift it out.
  3. Heat Sinolin cooking oil, add onion, saute until wilted, add minced garlic, minced onion, sliced ginger, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce and white pepper powder in a skillet and saute on medium heat until the oil turns red and you can smell the aroma, add the mixture well.
  4. Pour the broth all together. Add the soaked vermicelli; give the minced chicken stir to mix everything well,
  5. Sprinkle the chopped chives and serve hot.
