Stir-fried Rice Noodles Chinese Recipe by Dapur Sinolin

Ingredients
- 200 gr of rice noodles
- 200 gr of chicken, minced
- a little salt, for chicken
- 1 tablespoon of Sinolin cooking oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 3 shallots
- 1 cm of ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
- 100 ml of chicken stock
- 2 stalks leeks, chopped
Directions :
- Season minced chicken with a little salt. Soak the rice noodles in warm water until soft for about 10 minutes. Move and drain.
- Heat the Sinolin cooking oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until it smells. lift it out.
- Heat Sinolin cooking oil, add onion, saute until wilted, add minced garlic, minced onion, sliced ginger, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce and white pepper powder in a skillet and saute on medium heat until the oil turns red and you can smell the aroma, add the mixture well.
- Pour the broth all together. Add the soaked vermicelli; give the minced chicken stir to mix everything well,
- Sprinkle the chopped chives and serve hot.
