Pizza Potato Skins By Dapur Sinolin

  • Cooking oil Sinolin
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese grater
  • Pepperoni Dice
  • celery leaf pieces


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Rub the potatoes clean, rub the surface of each potato with Sinolin oil. Sprinkle with salt and bake until the potatoes are soft and the skin is crispy about 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Cut the baked potato in half, then use a spoon to take up most of the inside, leaving a little circle around it. Brush each inside and outside. Place the side of the potato skin and return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn them over (using tongs) and put them back in the oven for a few more minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy. Remove them from the oven and set aside.
  3. To assemble the skin, fill each skin with a spoonful of marinara or pizza sauce. Add enough grated cheese and sprinkle on some diced pepperoni. Return them to the oven for just a few minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately!
