- 250 gr butter
- 250 gr margarine
- 100 grams of refined sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 700 gr of flour
- 4 tbsp cornmeal
- 4 tablespoons of powdered milk
- Beat butter, margarine, refined sugar, and eggs for just a few minutes as long.
- Add flour and milk powder, mix well.
- Take the dough, flatten it, fill it in and round it up. Or it can be formed according to taste.
- Oven with a temperature of 140’C until almost cooked. Let cool, freshly smeared with egg yolks.
- The oven returns to 100’C until golden.
