  • 250 gr butter
  • 250 gr margarine
  • 100 grams of refined sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 700 gr of flour
  • 4 tbsp cornmeal
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered milk


  1. Beat butter, margarine, refined sugar, and eggs for just a few minutes as long.
  2. Add flour and milk powder, mix well.
  3. Take the dough, flatten it, fill it in and round it up. Or it can be formed according to taste.
  4. Oven with a temperature of 140’C until almost cooked. Let cool, freshly smeared with egg yolks.
  5. The oven returns to 100’C until golden.
