Jackfruit Yellow Curry By Dapur Sinolin
• 200 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
• 1 medium jackfruit
• 10 bay leaves
• 5 orange leaves
• 1 geprek galangal fruit
• 5 lemongrass take the white and then geprek
• 500 ml of coconut milk
• 1/2 kg of brisket
Ground spices :
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 100 gr onion
• 100 gr of small chili or according to taste
• 1 roasted turmeric
• 5 pecan nuts
• 50 gr of young galangal
• 50 gr of young lemongrass
- Boil jackfruit until cooked.
- Preheat the sauteed oil with the spices along with bay leaves, orange leaves, lemongrass, and galangal.
- Add the meat stir until it changes color, add the diluted coconut milk to cook until half cooked, then add the g jackfruit to stir and let it boil.
- Finally, put the thick coconut milk and salt and flavoring if you like.
