Deep Fried Chocolate Banana By Dapur Sinolin


  • 500 ml Sinolin cooking oil
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup melted chocolates
  • 1 box cake mix, prepared according to instructions
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting



Cut & Dip

minutes, Cut the bananas in half and stick a popsicle stick in the cut end. Dip the bananas in chocolate and allow to set.

Dip 2 minutes

Once the chocolate is set, dip in the cake batter.

Fry & Decorate 5 minutes

In oil preheated to 350°F, drop in the bananas and fry for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
