Egg Stick By Dapur Sinolin
Ingredient:
- 500 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
- 175 gr of sticky rice flour
- 75 gr of grated cheese
- 2 egg beaten off
- 4 tbsp of instant thick coconut milk
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direction:
- Mix all the ingredients of the knead until it can be pulung
- Prepare oil in the pan (cold oil do not heat)
- Take a little pulung mixture lengthwise and place it in the oil not too much because the cake will expand when fried.
- Heat the pan with medium heat and let it rise until the mixture rises to the top just behind the fry until golden brown
- Lift, drain and store in an airtight jar
