Egg Stick By Dapur Sinolin


  • 500 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
  • 175 gr of sticky rice flour
  • 75 gr of grated cheese
  • 2 egg beaten off
  • 4 tbsp of instant thick coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Mix all the ingredients of the knead until it can be pulung
  2. Prepare oil in the pan (cold oil do not heat)
  3. Take a little pulung mixture lengthwise and place it in the oil not too much because the cake will expand when fried.
  4. Heat the pan with medium heat and let it rise until the mixture rises to the top just behind the fry until golden brown
  5. Lift, drain and store in an airtight jar
