Perkedel Kentang By Dapur Sinolin

Ingredients:
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 cup fried onions
- 3 Leek, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp flavoring
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 egg, shake it off
Ground spices:
- 6 cloves of shallot
- 4 cloves garlic
Direction:
- Peel the potatoes, wash thoroughly, cut into pieces, then fry until smooth. Drain then firmly until smooth.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with a smooth spice, leek, salt, flavoring, pepper powder, and fried onions. Mix well, the taste test.
- Take a little dough, round shape. Then flat, do it until the dough runs out.
- Insert the potatoes that have been formed, into eggs that have been beaten off, then fried until browned yellow.
