Perkedel Kentang By Dapur Sinolin

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 3 Leek, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 egg, shake it off

Ground spices:

  • 6 cloves of shallot
  • 4 cloves garlic


  1. Peel the potatoes, wash thoroughly, cut into pieces, then fry until smooth. Drain then firmly until smooth.
  2. Mix the mashed potatoes with a smooth spice, leek, salt, flavoring, pepper powder, and fried onions. Mix well, the taste test.
  3. Take a little dough, round shape. Then flat, do it until the dough runs out.
  4. Insert the potatoes that have been formed, into eggs that have been beaten off, then fried until browned yellow.
