Original Ongol Ongol with Palm Sugar And Pandan Flavor By Dapur Sinolin

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of sago flour
  • 200 grams of palm sugar (Java)
  • 50 grams of granulated sugar
  • 700 ml of water (can use coconut milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • For pandan flavor, use 700 ml pandanus water and 7 tablespoons of sweet sugar

Direction:

  1. Mix all ingredients until it dissolves, cook until boiling then reduce heat, while stirring until less than 20 to 25 minutes, then lift the pour into the pan, wait until it is completely cool
  2. Grate coconut with a little salt and then steam for 2 minutes
  3. Form the ongol2 dough using a round spoon and then toss it with grated coconut
