Kue Lumpang Kenyal By Dapur Sinolin
- 150 grams of starch
- 50 grams of rice flour
- 150 grams of sugar
- 350 ml thick coconut milk and pandan leaf juice
- Pinch of salt
- Mix all ingredients, stir until sugar dissolves. Brush the mold with oil, pour into the mold (stir before pouring into the mold) steam for 15 minutes over medium heat, before heating the steamer first, cover the pan with a napkin.
- For cup molds, let there be a mortar, after 10 minutes of steaming over high heat, open it for a while, so that there is a mortar in the middle but it returns, steam again for 5 minutes over medium heat until cooked. Remove and serve with grated coconut dip.
