Asam Pedas Khas Bangka | Dapur Sinolin

Ingredients :
• Pomfret (can use mackerel)
Fine Material:
- 6 cloves of red onion
- 3 cm galangal
- 2 cm turmeric
- 1 clove of white onion
- 10 curly red chilies
- 8 candlenuts
- Tamarind water to taste
- Sugar and salt to taste
How to make :
- Fry the pomfret for a while then remove, stir-fry the spices until fragrant, add the java tamarind water, sugar and salt, cook until it boils then add the fish, then add the cayenne pepper, wait 5 minutes then remove
