Asam Pedas Khas Bangka | Dapur Sinolin

Ingredients :

• Pomfret (can use mackerel)

Fine Material:

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cm galangal
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 1 clove of white onion
  • 10 curly red chilies
  • 8 candlenuts
  • Tamarind water to taste
  • Sugar and salt to taste

How to make :

  1. Fry the pomfret for a while then remove, stir-fry the spices until fragrant, add the java tamarind water, sugar and salt, cook until it boils then add the fish, then add the cayenne pepper, wait 5 minutes then remove
