Indonesian Independence Puding by Dapur Sinolin

Ingredient:

Red stuff

  • 350 gr red dragon fruit
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 70 grams of white gelatin powder
  • 600 ml of water

White stuff:

  • 100 grams of white gelatin powder
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 20 ml of sweetened condensed milk
  • 600 ml of water

Direction:

  1. Cut cubes of dragon fruit, wash with running water. In the food processor, puree the dragon fruit for 5 minutes, strain the dragon fruit juice to reduce the crushed seeds. Set aside.
  2. Prepare a medium bowl, add dragon fruit juice, white sugar, agar powder, water and mix well. In a medium pan, simmer for 5 minutes while still stirring slowly. Taste the taste to get the sweet you want.
  3. Pour in 1/2 mold, let it stand. Then cook for the white one.
  4. In the same bowl, add milk, gul apasir, powder to white, water and stir until all ingredients are mixed and there are no lumps.
  5. Heat the pan, pour the solution in a stirring pan until it boils, if the solution has not hardened you can add the gelatin powder solution. Taste the taste to get the sweet you want.
  6. Pour in the mold that has been filled previously. Stiffen and let it stand.
  7. You can put it in the refrigerator to get a cold sensation when enjoying it.
