Oven-baked fish & chips



  • 100 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
  • 4 pieces of fish Dori
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gr breadcrumbs
  • grated lemon zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of celery leaves

For potatoes:

  • 30 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder



  1. For Fish: You can melt the fish if it’s frozen, Wash the fish under running water. Cut the fish into several parts. Prepare a tray coated with aluminum foil, spread with Sinolin cooking oil. Then put the fish on a tray and spread the fish with Sinolin cooking oil, sprinkle with salt and white pepper powder. Bake for 40 minutes, turning after 20 minutes, so each side cooks evenly.
  1. Mix breadcrumbs with lemon peel and celery leaves, then season well. Add the fish evenly with the breadcrumb mixture or directly sow, then drizzle with the remaining oil. Bake again with cherry tomatoes for the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
  2. For Potatoes: Rub the potatoes slowly, wash with running water. Slice the potatoes into parts. In a medium bowl, add salt, oregano, white pepper powder, chili powder mix well until all ingredients are well mixed. Prepare a baked pan covered with aluminum foil, add the potato slices and sprinkle with spices that have been made before, give little oil droplets. Bake at 150 C for 20 minutes or until done.
  3. Serve fish with potatoes and enjoy!
