Tofu  Recipe with Scallions and Soy Sauce by Dapur Sinolin

This simple dish features tofu as the main attraction, with a savory Asian sauce to flavor it. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare and stores well in the fridge!

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz block of soft or medium tofu don’t use firm tofu here
  • 2 scallions sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha

Direction:

  1. Whisk to combine the scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Take a little taste and make any adjustments you want to suit your own tastes.
  2. Slice the tofu into squares and bathe the tofu in the asian dressing. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour so the tofu can absorb the flavors and also get super cold. Eat and enjoy! See? It’s good stuff!
