Kolak Campur By Dapur Sinolin

Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 20 parts underneath
- 1 large purple yam cut into small squares
- 1 small yellow tuber cut into small squares
- water
- Thick coconut milk to taste
- Palm sugar / brown sugar and sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Put water into a pan and cook pandan leaves until it boils.
- Add brown sugar and cooked sugar until half cooked.
- add the bananas and the fries until the bananas turn brown and then add thick coconut milk and a little salt, wait for it to boil while stirring then remove it
