Vegan Stir Fry By Dapur Sinolin

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrots, sliced long
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup of Ercis
  • 1 cup baby corn/cumin
  • 1 cup noodles
  • 1 cup ground chicken
  • 3 pieces of garlic
  • lime
  • roasted sesame seeds

Garlic & Lime Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour + 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, add the cornflour and water, stir until dissolved, and set aside.
  2. Mix everything together and heat separately until thickened and then add to your stir fry, or turn up the heat on your stir fry before adding the sauce so that it starts boiling and thickens instantly. after thickening, reduce heat and stir, making sure the vegetables and noodles are well coated.
