Teriyaki with Pak Choy and Noodles By Dapur Sinolin

Preparation: 15 minutes

Cook: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams of dried medium egg noodles
  • 1 Cup of chicken meatballs
  • 300 grams of pak choy
  • 6 tbsp of  teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red onions
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • 350 ml of Water

Direction:

  1. Place the noodles in water and soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and stir -fry onion and garlic. Meatballs for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add salt, white pepper, water and noodle, stir well. Add teriyaki sauce and some blanched pak coy.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
