Chicken Skillet with Sponge Gound By Dapur Sinolin

Cooking time: 35 minutes
Ingredient:
- 300 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
For the Saute:
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- ½ Red pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 sponge gourd medium, cut into circle
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 2 cup tomato juice
- Fresh basil leaves
Direction:
- Heat the oil in a large pan with medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper and cook until golden or cooked, about 6 minutes per side. After that put into a plate.
- To prepare sauce, in a pan, add onion, garlic, red and green pepper, stir fry until tender for about 5 minutes. Add the sponge gourd and cook for 3 minutes, then add 2 cup tomato juice, ½ tsp salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ tsp oregano and cook until fragrant.
- Serve the chicken with stir-fry sponge gourd, garnished with basil and serve.
