Beef-Broccoli Stir-Fry By Dapur Sinolin

  • 20 ml of Sinolin cooking oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 onions, thickly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 200 grams of beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 100 gr spaghetti


  1. With a sharp knife, slice the beef with a thickness of about 0.5 cm for easy cooking.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli flowers from the stem. If desired, peel the stem. Cut the stem into ¼ inch thick slices.
  3. In a frying pan, heat 20 ml of Sinolin cooking oil over medium heat, add garlic, onions, ginger, carrots, broccoli and stir as often as possible and stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced meat and cook for 10 minutes until the meat soften. Add salt, sugar, sweet soy, white pepper. Check the taste as desired.
  5. Serve in a bowl. Enjoy!
