• Ketupat / Lontong, cut2
• To taste, tofu, then cut into pieces
• Vermicelli, brewed with hot water until soft, drain
• Bean sprouts, brewed with hot water, drain
• Crackers
• Soy sauce
• Fried onions

Peanut Seasoning for 1 proportion:
• 4 cayenne peppers (to taste)
• 4 tablespoons fried peanuts
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tablespoon Brown sugar comb
• Salt to taste
• Adequate water (I add a little tamarind water)


  1. Grind cayenne pepper, garlic, and salt until smooth. Add the fried peanuts and the brown sugar to comb again until smooth and even, while adding a little water.
  2. After the taste is right, put the pieces of rice cake, fried tofu, bean sprouts, vermicelli
  3. Pour sweet soy sauce, fried onions n crackers.
